Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR functional processes, including Standard Work documentation, implementation, adoption, measurement, controls, and continuous improvement. This role partners with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, data/privacy partners, and regional stakeholders to optimize governance and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The position is LATAM-based and remote.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; 7+ years in HR operations or related
• Experience in global or matrix HR processes with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS; fluent in English
• Ability to develop and present process performance reports and KPIs to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards, decision frameworks, and operating routines.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes including Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nominations, and Benefits Enrollment.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, intake/prioritization, approvals, version control, audits, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to enable scalable process design, automation, and data quality.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, job aids, and playbooks for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement via VOC, cycle performance, and data trends including automation and self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities and align contracts and service expectations.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and user adoption.
