Rockstar is hiring an AI‑supercharged Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based healthcare practice owners in a full‑time remote role. You will own the owner’s calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow‑through, working in a Claude AI environment built specifically for this practice.

Claude drafts; you review, decide, and send. Professional training starts in week one, with weekly coaching and a community of EAs doing the same work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an EA/administrative support to business owners
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for real work
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong project coordination and task management abilities
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Manage owner’s calendar, inbox, tasks with attention to privacy and accuracy
• Draft emails and communications in the owner’s voice for review
• Coordinate projects and meetings, build agendas, track milestones
• Prepare and review presentations and slide decks for meetings
• Generate daily/weekly summaries and reports from CRM/EMR data
• Maintain SOPs and support referral, scheduling, and billing workflows
