Rockstar is hiring an AI‑Supercharged Executive Assistant to support US‑based healthcare practice owners on a full‑time remote basis. You will own the owner’s calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow‑through, working in a Claude AI environment built specifically for that practice. Claude drafts; you review and send, maintaining HIPAA compliance.

You’ll receive structured Claude training, weekly coaching, and a community of EAs doing the same work, with benefits and full‑time remote work.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar for a business owner.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for real work.
• Strong project coordination and task management skills.
• Excellent time management with ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Excellent written English and ability to draft in owner's voice.

Mansioni

• Own the owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow‑through in Claude environment.
• Draft outbound email and review drafts in the practice's brand voice.
• Prepare meeting agendas, create presentations, and track action items.
• Deliver daily and weekly summaries; pull reports from CRM/EMR/spreadsheets.
• Coordinate projects across owner, staff, and vendors; ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
