Rockstar is hiring an AI-Supercharged Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based healthcare practice owners on a full-time remote basis. This role is built for an experienced EA who can run AI inside a real business, reviewing Claude drafts and delivering polished outputs.

You will own the owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow-through in a Claude-driven environment, with weekly coaching and access to a private EA community. HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as an executive assistant to C‑level or owners.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, emails, and complex tasks with privacy.
• Experience or comfort with AI tools and creating brand‑compliant communications.

Responsibilities

• Own the owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow‑through.
• Draft outbound emails in the practice's voice; review before sending.
• Maintain a single source of truth for tasks and milestones.
• Prepare meeting agendas and turn notes into action items.
• Deliver daily and weekly summaries for the owner.
• Pull data from CRM/EMR; verify before sharing.
