Rockstar is hiring an AI‑Supercharged Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based healthcare practice owners on a full‑time remote basis. This role is built for an experienced EA who wants to run AI inside a real business, with Claude drafting and you providing final review and sending.

You will own calendars, inboxes, tasks, and daily follow‑through, while receiving structured Claude training, weekly coaching, and access to a peer community.

Formación

• Proven experience supporting a business owner or leader as an EA.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for real work.
• Strong coordination and ability to move work from assigned to done.
• Excellent time management with competing deadlines.
• Polished presentation skills for clear slide decks.
• Excellent written English for business communications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage owner's calendar, inbox, tasks with precision.
• Draft emails in the owner's voice using Claude and review before sending.
• Coordinate projects, track milestones, and prepare meeting agendas.
• Create presentations and slide decks for meetings and trainings.
• Generate daily/weekly summaries and action‑oriented notes.
• Ensure HIPAA‑compliant handling of patient data and confidential info.
