Rockstar is hiring an AI-Supercharged Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based healthcare practice owners in a fully remote role. You will manage calendars, emails, and tasks while integrating Claude AI into daily workflows.

You will receive structured training, weekly coaching, and join a community of EAs in this fast-moving AI-enabled environment. The role emphasizes confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and delivering high-quality drafts reviewed by the owner before sending.

Formación

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for real work.
• Strong project coordination and task management skills, with a track record of moving work from assigned to done.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines without dropping anything.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to build clear, polished slide decks.
• Excellent written English and ability to mirror owner’s voice in communications.

Responsabilidades

• Own the owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow-through.
• Draft outbound email through Claude in the practice's brand voice and review before sending.
• Maintain and update task trackers, meeting agendas, and project milestones.
• Create presentations and slide decks for meetings, trainings, and partner conversations.
• Turn meeting notes into recap emails with action items assigned to owners/teams.
• Deliver Daily and Weekly summaries to keep the owner informed.
