Rockstar is hiring a full‑time, remote Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based healthcare practice owners. You will own calendars, inboxes, tasks, and follow‑through using Claude AI in a dedicated environment. You’ll receive training, weekly coaching, and a community of EAs for ongoing problem solving.

You’ll manage meetings, draft emails, coordinate projects, and prepare summaries and reports while maintaining HIPAA compliance. This is a structured, full‑time remote role with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Experienced executive assistant supporting high‑trust practices.

Responsibilities

• Own owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow‑through.
• Draft and review emails in Claude; maintain brand voice.
• Create agendas, track projects, and generate summaries.
• Prepare reports from CRM/EMR and spot-check data.
• Provide weekly coaching and maintain SOPs.
