Job summary

Rockstar is seeking an AI-enabled Executive Assistant to support a U.S.-based healthcare practice owner on a full-time remote basis. You will own the owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow-through in a Claude AI environment built for this practice.

Structured Claude training and weekly coaching are provided, with the owner never touching the technology. You will coordinate scheduling, emailing, project tracking, and reporting, delivering daily and weekly summaries and ensuring HIPAA

Qualifications

• Experienced executive assistant supporting busy owners.
• Comfortable operating Claude AI in a professional practice setting.
• Demonstrates HIPAA awareness and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own the owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and follow-through.
• Draft emails in the practice's brand voice and review with owner approval.
• Triages inbox, escalates urgent items, and maintains response windows.
• Maintain a daily task tracker and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Create meeting agendas, slide decks, and post-meeting action items.
• Deliver daily and weekly summaries; pull and verify reports from CRM/EMR.
• Maintain SOPs and support referrals, invoicing, and schedules.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
