Rockstar is seeking an AI-empowered Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based healthcare practice owners on a full-time remote basis. You will own the owner’s calendar, inbox, and tasks, operating in a Claude AI environment built for the practice.

You’ll receive structured Claude training from week one, plus weekly coaching and a community of peers performing the same role. Responsibilities include calendar management, inbox triage, drafting communications, and coordinating projects end-to-end.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting a business owner or leader.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for real work.
• Strong project coordination and task management skills, with a track record of moving work from assigned to done.
• Excellent written English and ability to mirror owner’s voice in communications.
• Comfortable working independently with steady communication.

Mansioni

• Manage owner’s calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow-through in Claude environment.
• Draft outbound emails in practice’s brand voice; review and send with owner’s decision.
• Maintain task tracker, coordinate projects, and prepare meeting agendas in Claude.
• Create presentations and slide decks for meetings and trainings.
• Produce daily and weekly summaries; pull CRM/EMR data and verify numbers.
