Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting a business owner or leader.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for real work.
• Strong project coordination and task management skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization of deadlines.
• Strong presentation skills, including polished slide decks.
• Excellent written English in business communications.
• Ability to work independently with steady communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow-through.
• Draft outbound emails through Claude and review drafts before sending.
• Prepare meeting agendas and turn transcripts into action items.
• Create presentations and slide decks for meetings and trainings.
• Pull and verify reports from CRM/EMR/spreadsheets.
• Maintain SOPs and HIPAA compliance.
