Rockstar is seeking an AI-enhanced Executive Assistant to support US-based healthcare practice owners remotely. You will manage the owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow-through within a Claude AI workflow, with Claude drafting and you reviewing and sending. Training starts immediately with weekly coaching and peer support.

Success relies on strong English writing, meticulous organization, and discretion. You’ll work from a home office with HIPAA requirements and structured training.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting a business owner.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for real work.
• Strong coordination and ability to move work from assigned to done.
• Excellent time management and prioritization of deadlines.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to build polished slide decks.
• Excellent written English in business voice.
• Good judgment on what to handle and what to escalate.
• Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Able to work independently with steady communication.
• Willingness to complete confidentiality training and HIPAA awareness.

Aufgaben

• Own the owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow-through.
• Draft outbound email and review drafts before sending.
• Create agendas and prepare presentations for meetings.
• Turn meeting notes into recap with action items.
• Deliver daily and weekly summaries.
• Pull reports from CRMs/EMR/spreadsheets and verify numbers.
• Coordinate projects across owner, staff, and vendors.
• Write and maintain SOPs for recurring work.
• Maintain Claude environment and HIPAA-compliant practices.
