Rockstar is hiring an AI-Supercharged Executive Assistant to support U.S.-based healthcare practice owners on a full-time remote basis. This role is built for an experienced executive assistant who runs AI inside a real business and knows the tool is only as good as the operator.

In this role, you'll own the owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow-through, in a Claude AI environment built specifically for the practice.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or administrative support to a business owner.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for real work.
• Strong project coordination and task management with a track record of moving work to completion.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Excellent written English; ability to draft in the owner's voice.
• Comfort with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Able to work independently with consistent communication.
• Willingness to complete confidentiality and compliance training before start.

Mansioni

• Manage owner's calendar, inbox, tasks, and daily follow-through.
• Draft outbound emails in Claude and review before sending.
• Coordinate projects across owner, staff, and vendors, tracking milestones.
• Create meeting agendas and slide decks for meetings and trainings.
• Turn transcripts into same-day action-item recaps.
• Deliver daily and weekly summaries.
• Pull reports from CRM/EMR/spreadsheets and verify numbers.
• Support patient communications, referrals, and scheduling workflows.
