Job summary

WSP is seeking an AI Operations & Enablement Analyst to help build and maintain knowledge bases, enablement for support teams, and dashboards linking adoption metrics to business outcomes. The role requires strong writing, analytical skills, and experience in responsible AI practices.

You will develop playbooks, track adoption, and produce leadership readouts to guide product feedback and improvements across regions and business lines.

Qualifications

• Experience creating knowledge base content (how-to, troubleshooting, known issues, escalation paths).
• Ability to deliver targeted enablement for support teams (walkthroughs, office hours, release briefings).
• Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts that tie adoption metrics to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts (version control, change notes, deprecation of outdated patterns).
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles for AI tools and products.
• Deliver targeted enablement for support teams to reduce time-to-resolution and improve first-contact resolution.
• Track and report adoption and value metrics (usage, retention, feature penetration, time saved) across persona, region, and business line.
• Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities; recommend targeted actions like new playbooks or training updates.
• Produce dashboards and leadership readouts linking metrics to outcomes, risks, and recommended next steps.
