Job summary

Sovos Latinoamérica is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to guide clients through onboarding and configuration of our tax-compliance platform. You will manage large, complex client implementations across teams, ensuring thorough documentation and a seamless handoff after go-live.

You bring experience in client implementation or project management, knowledge of tax rules for the product market, and strong English communication. Background checks apply on hire.

• Experience delivering large, complex client implementations.
• Strong knowledge of tax rules and processes relevant to Sovos products.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Clear English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willing to clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for large client implementations, managing plans and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete configuration tasks.
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans across multiple initiatives.
• Lead client working sessions to design solutions and ensure seamless handoff.
• Provide training and mentoring to clients and teammates.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen onboarding.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline configuration workflows and improve delivery.
