Job summary

Sovos is hiring an Implementation Consultant I to guide new clients through onboarding, from kickoff to go-live. You’ll manage plans, run configurations, deliver training, and ensure smooth handoffs to support teams, while strengthening client relationships.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency in tax software implementations. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, highly preferred.
• Experience in service-related roles with client management is a plus.
• Foundational understanding of tax software or SaaS implementations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients during implementation, managing plans and timelines.
• Complete configuration tasks and document setup details for long-term success.
• Lead collaborative sessions to translate business logic into technical specs.
• Provide training and ensure smooth transitions to support teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve onboarding workflows and reporting.
• Maintain post-implementation service activities during peak periods.
