Job summary

Sovos is seeking an Implementation Consultant I in Argentina to guide onboarding from kickoff to go-live. You will manage plans, configurations, and training, building strong client relationships and contributing to process improvements across implementations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–2 years in service roles, and comfort with AI-enabled workflows, CRM systems, and collaboration tools. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, highly preferred.
• 1–2 years in service-related roles managing multiple projects and client relationships.
• Foundational understanding of tax compliance software or SaaS implementations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and technology platforms; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, managing project plans, timelines, risks, and issues to ensure on-time delivery and high satisfaction.
• Complete configuration tasks and document setup in Client Procedures documents to support long-term success.
• Lead collaborative sessions with clients to understand business logic and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide training to clients and manage smooth transitions to support or compliance teams after project completion.
• Leverage AI tools to improve onboarding workflows, documentation, reporting, and tooling.
