Job summary

Sovos is seeking an Implementation Consultant II in Argentina to guide clients through onboarding and configuration for large-scale implementations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions and ensure a smooth handoff at project completion.

Responsibilities include leading client workshops, training, and mentoring teammates, while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and improve delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in client implementation and project management.
• Strong knowledge of tax rules and processes related to the product market.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for large, complex client implementations, managing project plans, risks, and issue resolution from kickoff to transition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete configuration tasks and deliver solution architecture documentation for long-term support.
• Prepare and manage detailed project plans across multiple initiatives, balancing scope, schedule, and quality with stakeholder alignment.
• Lead working sessions with clients to design technology solutions and ensure a documented handoff after implementation.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to clients and teammates to support continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements across tools, templates, and workflows to strengthen onboarding experience.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline configuration workflows and enhance project delivery efficiency.
