Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes standards and guest preferences.
• Welcome guests, take drink orders and recommend beverages or signature cocktails.
• Ensure consistent quality portion control and presentation of drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, glassware and equipment.
• Monitor guest behavior, ensuring responsible service of alcohol in line with legal and company policies.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately following established procedures.
• Assist with bar inventory restocking and rotation of supplies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow hygiene, health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide friendly, efficient and professional service to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
