Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance throughout the process.
Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Present and market properties to potential buyers and tenants.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions.
Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Prepare and submit relevant paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals and agencies to facilitate property sales.

Requirements :

Passion for real estate and a desire to excel in the industry.
Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English .
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Good personality with the ability to connect and build trust with clients.
Familiarity with local real estate markets and property trends.
