Our client is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition lead to join the recruitment function for their fast-growing data center development initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, strong stakeholder management skills, and a strategic mindset to support rapid expansion in a high-growth segment.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across various departments, including technical, commercial, and support functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and use of social media, job boards, and recruitment events.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organisational culture.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- 4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, working across sectors such as Data Centres, Construction/Project Development, Oil and Gas, or Power/Water Treatment Energy sectors.
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and best hiring practices.
- Results-oriented, analytical, and capable of driving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using ATS systems and recruitment tools.
Interviews will be taking place in London during the week commencing 21st July 2025.
