We are seeking an outcome‑driven Influencer Marketing Manager who embodies our client’s values and takes ownership of every task. • Strategy Development: Design and implement influencer marketing campaigns that align with client goals and the company’s vision.
• Task Ownership: Address challenges proactively and exhaust all possible solutions before identifying obstacles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams including influencer relations and creative departments to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Outcome Measurement: Monitor and report campaign performance with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Brand Loyalty: Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and influencers to ensure repeat business.
• Strategic Leadership: Design, implement and optimise influencer marketing campaigns tailored to client goals.
• Performance Analysis: Track, measure and report campaign outcomes, making data‑driven adjustments for success.
• Team Participation: Actively contribute to team‑building activities and uphold the company’s fun and supportive culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management, preferably in the influencer marketing industry.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign performance and deriving insights.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Arabic and English bilingual.
