A leading management solutions company in Dubai seeks an experienced professional to handle client outreach and project acquisition. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, preferably with an architectural background, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for client outreach showcase our creative work and securing new projects/ opportunities for the company.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries provide detailed product/service information create and send price quotations and manage order processing from start to finish.
  • Gather client requirements communicate specifications to studio staff and follow up during production and after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain an up-to‑date customer database record all communications and nurture relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Represent the studio at trade shows, exhibitions or presentations; gather client feedback and build key accounts.
  • Track sales performance metrics and collaborate with the operation team to reach new audiences and improve offers.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant field
  • Architectural background is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Experience in sales customer service or client relations preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage follow‑ups effectively.
