Alef Group is a pioneer in developing premier lifestyle communities, destinations, and experiences through investment and strategic joint ventures. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team based in Sharjah.
Job Purpose :
The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and executing the real estate sales strategy for Alef Group. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by developing and managing a high-performing sales team, establishing strategic sales plans, and identifying new market opportunities. The position ensures alignment of the company's vision with market dynamics, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent client and stakeholder relationships.
Key Accountabilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive property sales and revenue aligned with Alef Group’s objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets across multiple real estate projects.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitors to inform pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and boost brand visibility.
- Establish performance metrics, reporting mechanisms, and KPIs to track and improve sales efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, brokers, and partners to enhance market position.
- Oversee client relationship management to ensure a seamless buyer journey from lead to handover.
- Represent Alef Group at exhibitions, conferences, and client engagements to promote the brand.
- Provide sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and market intelligence to senior management for strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to real estate transactions.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills :
Educational Qualifications & Certifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or similar.
- Certifications in Sales Management or Real Estate are advantageous.
Work Experience :
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in real estate sales.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably with a reputable real estate developer in the GCC region.
- Proven success in leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
Skills Required :
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking with expertise in sales funnels and conversion metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Market intelligence with the ability to anticipate trends.
