Job summary
A global engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a BIM/CAD Technician to perform design and drafting assignments within the Storm Water Drainage team. Candidates should possess a diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of CAD drafting experience in wet utility projects, including drainage and irrigation. Proficiency in Autodesk software and strong BIM knowledge are essential. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and quality in engineering projects.

- 5+ years of CAD drafting experience in MEA/UAE for wet utilities projects.
- Strong knowledge in LOD requirements and BIM processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with BIM Lead and Design Leads on project compliance.
- Utilize CAD workstation to develop engineering drawings.
- Manage all BIM-related activities from project start to completion.
- Review drawings for adherence to company QA/QC process.
- Create different types of parametric and non-parametric families.
