Qualifikationen
Minimum 3 years’ experience in spare parts operations, preferably within automotive or industrial products.
Experience with over-the-counter parts sales.
Working knowledge of electronic parts catalogues preferred.
Aufgaben
Assist walk-in customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts.
Use electronic parts catalogues to identify part numbers.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and warranty claims.
