Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in spare parts operations, preferably within automotive or industrial products.
• Experience with over-the-counter parts sales.
• Working knowledge of electronic parts catalogues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts.
• Use electronic parts catalogues to identify part numbers.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and warranty claims.
