We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy, drive profitability, and contribute to the success of a growing retail company. THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE RELOCATION TO KSA

4. Manage relationships with investors, banks, and stakeholders, ensuring robust financial governance.
5. Implement data-driven decision-making processes to improve cost efficiency and optimize margins.
6. Provide leadership to finance, accounting, and procurement teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

1. Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or in a senior commercial finance role, preferably within the retail sector.
2. Strong strategic and operational finance skills with a track record of driving profitability.
3. Expertise in managing complex financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
5. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
6. A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are highly desirable.
