Job summary

A leading retail company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Shop Manager to oversee operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and team performance. You will be responsible for managing inventory, analyzing sales, recruiting and training staff, while also maintaining brand standards and overseeing the shop's image. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in retail, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail.
• Skills related to collective games, projects, empathy and entrepreneurship.
• Experience in coaching or motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to enhance loyalty.
• Manage inventory activities and ensure stock movements.
• Analyze sales performance and identify replenishment needs.
• Recruit and train team members to maximize their potential.
• Prepare staff schedules based on budget and sales targets.
• Maintain the shop's image and brand compliance.
