A prominent hotel group in Dubai seeks a dedicated guest service associate to manage inquiries and provide exceptional guest support. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality background, proficiency in Opera, and at least one year of relevant experience. This full-time role requires a courteous demeanor and fluency in English, with knowledge of additional languages being a plus.
Formación
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role.
- Hospitality background is preferred.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs.
Responsabilidades
- Anticipate all guest needs and handle inquiries.
- Participate in day-to-day operation at the Bell service desk.
- Greet and acknowledge guests politely.
Conocimientos
- To anticipate all guest needs and handle all guest inquiries.
- To participate in the effective day to day operation at the Bell service desk.
- To have complete knowledge of the hotel products and services including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club and other properties.
- To ensure lobby area is clean and tidy at all times.
- To greet and acknowledge all guests, welcoming them in a polite and friendly manner.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide a luggage storage service for guests.
- Coordinate delivery of messages and other items to the guest room.
- Assist guests who require special attention.
- Complete all other shift duties as outlined on shift checklist.
- Assist in ensuring that the transportation arrangements of the hotel work perfectly including the coordination of taxis, private vehicles, limousines and other vehicles.
- Assist all other areas of the hotel when required.
- Proficiency in Opera.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- At least1 year of experience working in a similar role.
- Hospitality background is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
