Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our team at GluCare Integrated Diabetes Center. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and managing a wide range of endocrine disorders in children, including diabetes, growth disorders, thyroid issues, and adrenal and pituitary gland disorders. This role requires an individual who is passionate about pediatric care and committed to advancing health outcomes through innovative treatment plans and the use of advanced healthcare technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Diagnose, treat, and manage pediatric endocrine disorders, including but not limited to diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, growth disorders, and other hormonal imbalances in children.
  • Pediatric Diabetes Management: Provide specialized care for children with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, including insulin therapy, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), and lifestyle counseling.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, dietitians, diabetes educators, and other specialists to deliver integrated, holistic care.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage AI-powered tools, digital health platforms, and remote monitoring systems to improve patient outcomes and provide data‑driven care.
  • Patient and Family Education: Educate children and their families on managing endocrine disorders, promoting a better understanding of treatment, lifestyle modifications, and long‑term health outcomes.
  • Research and Development: Stay current with the latest advances in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes care, contributing to clinical discussions and innovation in treatment practices.
  • Follow‑Up and Monitoring: Conduct regular follow‑ups with patients to track progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and provide continuous support.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.
  • Infection Control: Understand, follow and support all hospital infection control programs.
