An international law firm is seeking to hire a talented Project Development Associate to join its growing team in Dubai.

Role Overview:

The team advises on a wide range of matters within the energy and infrastructure sectors, including project development and construction, project finance, and M&A across the Middle East. The practice has been involved in numerous significant projects throughout the Middle East and North Africa, with a notable focus on the Saudi market. Project types include solar, wastewater, petrochemical/refinery, independent water projects (IWP), logistics, and social infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising on project development matters across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Assisting with the drafting and negotiation of project documentation.

Supporting clients across the full lifecycle of complex regional projects.

Requirements:

Common law qualified with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.

Broad experience in project development, or a combination of development and finance.

Regional experience is advantageous but not essential.

Arabic language skills are beneficial but not required.
