1. Manage and organize legal documents and files.
2. Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
3. Review and analyze all customer agreements to ensure compliance with UAE local law and regulations.
4. Provide legal guidance and advice on various legal matters, including contracts, agreements, and legal disputes.
5. Stay updated on changes in UAE legal requirements and regulations, ensuring the company's operations adhere to the latest standards.
6. Address potential customer complaints and legal issues promptly and effectively, working closely with relevant departments to resolve them satisfactorily.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all business functions.
8. Monitor and assess potential legal risks and provide strategies to mitigate them.
