Job summary
A leading procurement firm in Dubai is looking for a candidate to perform data analysis and develop dashboards to support procurement decisions. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and offers an opportunity to work on process improvements and vendor analysis in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognised University or Institution.
- No experience mandatory; Analytics experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot lookups macros) and Power BI/Tableau.
- Strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse procurement data for decision-making.
- Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports.
- Support category managers with comparative analysis on suppliers.
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation solutions.
- Liaise with finance and sales teams for data alignment.

Job description
Responsibilities
- Data Reporting & Insights: Collect clean and analyse procurement data (purchase orders vendor pricing inventory trends) to support decision-making and cost optimization.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel Power BI or Tableau to monitor spend lead times and supplier performance.
- Vendor Analysis: Support category managers by preparing comparative analysis on supplier pricing quality metrics and contract compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify process gaps and recommend automation or low-code solutions to streamline purchase requisition approval and reporting workflows.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with finance warehouse and sales operations teams to ensure accurate data flow and alignment of procurement forecasts with business needs.
