1) Manage and develop marketing relationships with all the vendors.
2) Develop annual strategic plans and co-marketing plans with each vendor to help drive awareness and demand generation of their products and solutions in line with the company's yearly objectives.
3) Lead planning and reporting of all campaigns & MDF programs aligned to TFG objectives.
4) Ensure brand and marketing communications consistency across the countries and channels.
5) Integrate with field sales, corporate marketing, digital marketing, and channel teams to develop field marketing programs that accelerate sales pipeline growth.
6) Communicate and educate the sales team regarding planned marketing activities.
7) Research, choose, design, and manage live field and partner events ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy.
8) Create customer-centric, commercially viable, and eye-catching brand designs within specific deadlines with the marketing team.
9) Plan, manage, and coordinate the projects assigned by the Management within company policy in order to meet the agreed quality standards, time planning, and budgets.
Requirements:
1) Have experience in driving field marketing efforts for a high technology B2B organization.
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3) Accuracy and attention to details.
4) In-depth understanding of demand generation and marketing principles across the Middle East, India, and Africa.
5) Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse cross-functional teams.
