Job Summary:
We are hiring a Construction Supervisor to manage site activities ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards and coordinate with site personnel and contractors for efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all construction site activities.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor daily productivity and resolve site issues.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Inspect work for quality and safety compliance.
- Liaise with engineers for clarifications and approvals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering.
- Registered and certified in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices.
- Familiarity with HSE procedures and standards.
- Ability to manage teams and subcontractors.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- GCC experience is an advantage.
