Zusammenfassung
A leading data protection firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled Data Protection & Cybersecurity Specialist. The ideal candidate will ensure robust data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, and will work closely with IT and legal teams to mitigate risks and protect sensitive information. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and relevant certifications with 3+ years of experience in the domain.
Qualifikationen
- 3+ years of experience in data protection, privacy compliance, and cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, UAE PDP Law) and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Aufgaben
- Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage data privacy compliance across the organization.
- Conduct risk assessments and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
- Manage cybersecurity operations including threat detection and incident response.
- Implement and maintain security tools such as firewalls and encryption.
