The team is responsible for driving and maximizing sales performance of Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) across the GCC sub-region. Their core mission is to accelerate client adoption of the VAS portfolio, ensuring clients integrate and actively use multiple capabilities to unlock growth. They manage the entire sales pipeline end-to-end, creating and executing targeted go-to-market strategies, embedding VAS solutions into proposals and contracts, and leveraging stand-alone deal strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones. Ultimately, the team identifies, qualifies, and closes high-value opportunities to capture incremental revenue and fuel sub-regional growth.
The role is based in Johannesburg and reports to the SVP, Head of VAS CEMEA and the SVP, Group Country Manager, GCC.
The GCC cluster is a strategically important for Visa because it drives significant growth opportunities through high consumer spending, advanced payment infrastructure, and strong adoption of digital solutions. It serves as a hub for cross-border payment initiatives and innovation, enabling Visa to strengthen partnerships with leading financial institutions and government entities.
