Our client is a boutique UAE-based transaction advisory and management consulting firm, advising on strategic, financial, and operational matters across complex transactions and business transformations.

We are hiring a commercially astute Investment Advisor for our consulting firm client, specialising in mergers & acquisitions, valuations, and business sales.

The role covers the full engagement lifecycle from initial client enquiry through investor outreach to deal completion or delivery of valuation projects.

Candidates must have a strong consulting background, exceptional financial analysis and valuation expertise, and the ability to manage client relationships while successfully driving transactions.

Role Summary
  • Manage client relationships from first meeting to closing the deal or completing valuation projects.
  • Lead and coordinate all stages of M&A and valuation projects - conduct valuations, financial modelling, and in-depth market and industry analysis.
  • Prepare investor materials - pitch decks, information memoranda, and executive summaries.
  • Set up and manage virtual data rooms for investor due diligence.
  • Research, identify, and approach potential investors or acquirers.
  • Coordinate all stages of the M&A process with legal, tax, and advisory partners.
  • Maintain accurate project records and status reports, and deliver clear, concise presentations and reports for management and clients.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking with direct exposure to M&A and end-to-end transaction or valuation project management.
  • Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, M&A processes and transaction structures, with advanced financial modelling skills and expert-level Excel proficiency.
  • Proven ability to prepare investor materials, manage data rooms, and deliver professional presentations and reports.
  • Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Exceptional research and analytical abilities, synthesising market data into actionable insights.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; CFA, ACA
