The Role

Job Summary :

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Nurse Assistants to join our healthcare team. As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care, support, and assistance to our registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide patient care : Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
• Vital signs and documentation : Take and record patients' vital signs, and document care provided.
• Support nursing staff : Assist registered nurses with medical procedures, and provide general support as needed.
• Maintain patient safety : Ensure patients' safety and well-being, and report any concerns or changes to the nursing staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare team : Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Ideal Profile

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
• You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
