A leading hospitality company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at a bustling restaurant. The role involves managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading a dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with hospitality standards. This position offers a salary of 1600 AED per month, with consideration for immigrant applicants.
Qualificações
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Experience in menu planning, cost control, inventory management, budgeting is essential.
- Excellent communication skills for team leadership and development.

- Managing and motivating staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Developing effective team working strategies.
- Preparing reports on sales performance, budgeting, and payroll.
- Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
- Maintaining quality standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Providing leadership to achieve targets.
- Scheduling staff shifts, managing stock levels, and ordering supplies.
- Handling customer complaints professionally.
- Identifying new business opportunities to maximize revenue.
