Une entreprise de restauration basée aux Émirats recherche un(e) Restaurant Manager pour son concept de fine dining. Ce poste exige de l'expérience dans la gestion de restaurant haut de gamme, des compétences en leadership et une attention aux détails. Vous serez responsable d'offrir une expérience exceptionnelle aux clients tout en optimisant les opérations et en gérant les coûts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que manager de restaurant.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du russe requise.
  • Expérience dans le secteur des restaurants haut de gamme/casual.
  • Connaissance pratique des finances de restaurant et du contrôle des coûts.

Responsibilities

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant, en garantissant un service fluide et la satisfaction des clients.
  • Former et inspirer les équipes en salle et en cuisine.
  • Maintenir des normes élevées de qualité alimentaire, de présentation et de service.

We are looking for a highly skilled and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our fine dining concept. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, a strong sense of leadership, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards. You will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience, optimizing operations, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory, manage costs, and control P&L performance
- Drive sales through up-selling, customer engagement, and local marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety, and UAE regulations
- Work closely with the culinary team to align service delivery with menu and concept
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and development plans

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in upper-casual/fine dining environment
- Fluency in English and Russian language required
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Hands-on knowledge of restaurant financials, cost control, and team management
- Experience in the UAE preferred
- Positive attitude, guest-centric mindset, and attention to detail
