We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our successful team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with a dynamic and innovative company. With a salary of 1700, you will be part of the leading hospitality group in the Middle East.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, kitchen operations and staff management. You will be in charge of creating menus, establishing portion sizes and plating techniques, and ensuring that all kitchen processes are met with high standards of quality and safety. As well as this you will be involved in managing budgets and inventory control systems.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who has at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef within the hospitality industry. A degree or certificate in culinary arts is required, however we are also open to considering immigrants who meet the necessary requirements for the role. To ensure success you must have excellent communication skills and strong leadership qualities as well as the ability to motivate your team to produce top-quality dishes.
