Job summary
A leading retail group in Dubai is seeking an HR Business Partner responsible for overseeing HR functions, including talent acquisition, development, and performance management. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to maintain an efficient store workforce and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements include fluency in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a relevant Bachelor’s degree. The role demands strong analytical skills and experience in HR practices.
Qualifications
