Key Responsibilities:

1) Property Scouting & Acquisition:

• Identify and secure strategically located properties for Noon Minutes expansion across multiple Emirates.
• Conduct site visits, market research, and feasibility studies to assess potential locations.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and other property-related contracts with landlords and real estate agencies.

2) Market Intelligence & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with top real estate agencies, landlords, and property developers to stay ahead of market opportunities.
• Develop a robust pipeline of available properties that align with Noon Minutes’ expansion strategy.
• Keep up to date with market trends, rental fluctuations, and government regulations impacting real estate acquisition.

3) Target Achievement & Reporting:

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for securing new properties based on the company’s growth plans.
• Track and report progress on property acquisitions, lease negotiations, and market opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth onboarding of new locations.

What you'll need:

Educational Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years in real estate, retail expansion, or property scouting within the UAE.
• Network: Strong connections with leading real estate agencies, brokers, and landlords.
• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate favorable lease terms and rental agreements.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE’s real estate landscape, especially commercial properties.
• Target-Driven: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet acquisition targets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
