• Perform project technical tasks assigned by the Instrumentation Discipline Lead, including design, checking, validation, testing, and engineering of Telecommunication Systems.
• Interface and coordinate with other project team specialists and designers.
• Coordinate technical activities, whether insourced or outsourced.

The engineer is responsible for executing activities within their scope, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.

• Develop technology know-how and provide commercial support.
• Assess feasibility.
• Participate in bidding phases and develop commercial proposals.
• Prepare quantities for cost and erection estimates.
• Support discipline lead in defining man-hours and costs.
• Review client technical documentation and requirements.
• Coordinate and control subcontracted engineering activities and documents.
• Define engineering design basis and guidelines.
• Prepare technical documentation for telecommunication materials and services requisitions, including technical evaluations.
• Provide technical support to the project team.
• Optimize telecommunication system designs for cost and simplicity, ensuring safety and contractual compliance.
• Prepare functional specifications and data sheets for telecommunication equipment.
• Validate vendor BOQs.
• Coordinate detailed engineering activities and ensure proper installation drawings.
• Participate in F.A.T. activities and vendor workshops.
• Support site acceptance tests and functional checks.
• Assist during construction and commissioning phases on-site.
