Position: Procurement Engineer

Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi

Industry: Oil & Gas

We are hiring a Procurement Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering and at least 7 years of experience within the UAE construction sector or Oil & Gas industry. The candidate should have a strong understanding of procurement strategies, vendor negotiations, and materials management tailored to complex projects.

1. Manage procurement lifecycle for construction and oil & gas projects
2. Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed
3. Coordinate with site teams for material forecasting and timely deliveries
4. Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement documentation
5. Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and industry standards
6. Maintain records and generate procurement reports

1. Experience: 7+ Years (UAE experience required)
2. Background: Civil Engineering
3. Gender: Male preferred
4. Certification: CIPP and/or CIPM (mandatory)
5. Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum 2–3 weeks' notice)
6. Salary: Based on interview performance
