• Handle video editing and post-production to ensure polished outputs
• Build and maintain strong online community engagement through timely posts interactions and campaigns
• Plan and execute promotional strategies to support products and seasonal campaigns
• Conduct market research analyze trends and report on performance metrics
• Design and manage customer retention strategies through digital channels
• Recruit train and manage junior marketing staff and content creators when required
• Provide regular marketing forecasts and strategic insights to the management team

• Proven experience in digital marketing video content creation and social media management
• Strong skills in video shooting and editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Final Cut Pro or mobile editing tools)
