The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of proven experience in managing fabrication projects, with excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects within deadlines and budget
• Coordinate with clients, engineering, procurement, and production teams
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve successful delivery
