Job summary
A leading international business house in Dubai seeks a skilled finance manager to oversee finance, accounts, and commercial functions. This role involves developing strategies for operational improvement, preparing financial reports, and ensuring optimum fund utilization. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, particularly in budget control and forecasting, along with strong analytical and leadership skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Heading Finance, Accounts, MIS & Commercial functions of the company.
- Develop strategies to improve operations and maximize profits.
- Prepare financial reports for monitoring cash flow.
- Establish strategic cost management systems.
- Maintain the accounts from beginning.

We are a diversified group in the field of construction, interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, international trading, and green energy.
- Heading Finance, Accounts, MIS & Commercial functions of the company.
- To develop strategies, improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through financial / cost management, resource allocation, performance measurement and monitoring, internal controls enhancement and productivity improvements.
- Responsible for preparing financial reports to determine the financial feasibility, projected cash flow/fund flow to monitor the inflow of funds and ensured optimum utilization of available fund in line with corporate goals.
- Developing Systems, Policies, Manuals to make the finance function more process driven.
- Structuring annual budget and evaluating it on the parameters of risk and return on the investment.
- Projects feasibility report comprising detailed financial analysis and estimates of future returns on proposed investments.
- Establish strategic cost management systems / techniques for monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations.
- Maintain the accounts from beginning.
- Should be self driven control of complete finance of all companies in all countries.
- Should keep accounts, bank consolidation etc. from time being & later.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
