Role Overview:

As our Architect, you’ll play a key role in designing, planning, and overseeing residential and villa projects from concept to completion. You will work hand-in-hand with clients, engineers, and project teams to turn visions into exceptional living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop concept designs, space planning, and presentation drawings
2. Prepare and manage full sets of architectural drawings for approvals and execution
3. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle
4. Assist in authority submissions and ensure design compliance with local regulations
5. Attend site visits, inspections, and design coordination meetings
6. Research and recommend materials, finishes, and architectural details

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
2. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience (villa projects preferred)
3. Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Nakheel, or other relevant authority regulations
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
6. Immediate joiners will be given preference
